  3. Avoid eating junk food, salty food, and sweet food.  Junk foods are empty calories.  You don’t get any nutrients from them.  Salty foods cause you to retain water in the body, and sweet foods cause sugar spikes.  Water retention and sugar spikes lead to weight gain.
