Rowing, like swimming, will work a large number of muscle groups and is also a form of resistance training, so it shares similar benefits. All things considered, this a great way to workout, with the exception that it might be difficult if you don't have the necessary equipment.

3. Aerobics

Of the three types, aerobics is definitely the most accessible. By nature, aerobics is geared toward providing a total body workout. It is also an activity you can do from the comfort of your own home!

It's now up to you to choose between these three exercises. For those who like swimming, do it. If your have the necessary equipment for rowing, go for it.
